Welcome to Mashal Soft! These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Mashal Soft's products, services, and websites, including our online Quran teaching platform. By accessing or using any Mashal Soft services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Mashal Soft service, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Changes to the Terms

Mashal Soft reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after such modifications will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to register for Mashal Soft services. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must register and supervise your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and to update your information as necessary.

4. Accounts and Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify Mashal Soft immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or use of your account.
  • Mashal Soft is not liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain your account's security.

5. Online Quran Learning Program

Mashal Soft provides an online platform for Quran learning with one-on-one sessions with qualified teachers. The following terms apply specifically to this service:

5.1 Student Responsibilities

  • Students are expected to attend scheduled sessions on time. Frequent absences or lateness may result in suspension or termination of service.
  • Students must behave respectfully toward their teachers and peers.
  • Any inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to disrespectful comments, harassment, or disruptions, may lead to account suspension or termination.

5.2 Teacher Responsibilities

  • Teachers are required to conduct lessons professionally and adhere to the Islamic principles of teaching.
  • Mashal Soft is committed to providing qualified and experienced Quran instructors and we assure to provide quality education.

5.3 Class Rescheduling and Cancellations

  • Mashal Soft reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances, including teacher availability.
5.4 Schedule Adjustments:

You may request a class schedule change, if the present schedule is not working with you. The change will be granted immediately if your desired time slot with the same teacher is available. Otherwise, you may need to wait until adjustments can be made.

5.5 Schedule in Ramadan:

If your class falls during Ramadan prayers or during Suhoor, Iftar or Taraweeh, your class time will be adjusted by mutual consent.

5.6 Teacher Resignation/Termination:

If your teacher resigns or is terminated, you will be assigned a new teacher. Students are advised not to maintain contact with any individual teacher post-termination, as Mashal Soft will not be liable for any future damages or losses arising from such contact.

6. Fees and Payments

  • Fees for services, including online Quran classes, must be paid in accordance with the selected plan.
  • All payments must be made through the available payment methods on our platform. Mashal Soft reserves the right to change its pricing at any time, but changes will not affect any active subscriptions or prepaid services.
  • In case of a failed payment, Mashal Soft may suspend or terminate your access to services until payment is completed.

8. Code of Conduct

Mashal Soft expects all users to act respectfully and ethically. You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful activities or purposes.
  • Violate any local, national, or international laws.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or instructors.
  • Upload or share any malicious content, viruses, or offensive material.
  • Engage in plagiarism or misuse intellectual property.

9. Content Ownership

All content provided by Mashal Soft, including but not limited to educational material, software, and designs, is owned by Mashal Soft or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without explicit permission from Mashal Soft.

10. Third-Party Links

Mashal Soft may include links to third-party websites for your convenience. However, we do not endorse or take responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party sites.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Mashal Soft provides its services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive to provide high-quality services, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mashal Soft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
